Welcome to my portfolio

I’m a product designer at Salesforce

Experiences on craft experiences that solve business and user needs through the human-centered design process.

My Process

Ideas

Understand

Before doing anything, I want to understand the scope of the project. The problem I have to work with, my constraint, and the tool I need to use. I need to understand the company's goals and how they provide for their customers. While at the same time doing any research analytics and review whatever company information.
People talking about the product

Discover

I love to learn what people say about their current experience with the products, what are their painpoint and needs are. As well as learning about the current industry trends, patterns, exploring competitors or similar players that provide ideas on both good and bad approaches.
Designing by drawing different pages

Design

This is my favorite of the whole process. This is what I get up to do, this is what I want to do. Design is my passion, my joy of waking up and go to work. I love that I get to do this everyday and I get to come up with ideas to solve people’s needs. In this step, I can try a lot of things and fail fast. Getting ideas out on paper and getting feedback quickly is the key for me to understand and work fast.

Test

Once design and prototype are complete, I love to go out and test the idea to see if it solve the pain points of the user that was discovered during the learn phase. If people are still having trouble, I go back and iterate again from learn phase until i get it right before building things.
Iteration of a box

Iterate

If people are still having trouble, with the design or the pain point has not been solve. I go back and iterate again until i get it right before building the product into production code.
Rocketship Launch

Make

Finally making the product in production. I use mostly figma to deliver all my work, sometime if requested from engineers I would export out all my design asset. Then start tracking the measure of success to see what further need to be improve.
