I'm currently working as a UX Designer at Salesforce, mainly in charge of Salesforce Help, Salesforce Partner Community, and Internal Tools. I also worked as a UX/UI instructor at 2U and University of Oregon.
I'm an end-to-end designer who loves solving challenging problems. Curious by nature, I love connecting with and understanding people. Collaboration and teamwork are what help me wake up in the morning.

Collaborating with a product manager, researcher, strategist, design ops, and engineer team to design a new experience for various products in Salesforce such as Salesforce help, Salesforce Partner Community, internal apps, and many more. At the same time, embedded in scrum teams and help to standardize design deliverables to bring products to life.

Teach six months UI/UX design certification course. The course goes over design thinking, user experience and user interface design methods and techniques, and coding while providing feedback on weekly homework and facilitating activities and projects in the intensive digital classroom setup.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to analyze current customer experiences to uncover pain points and opportunities and participate in research/discovery activities. Design wireframe concepts to meet user's needs while using Salesforce Lightning Design System.
Partnered with Luxium Lighting to produce a design concept and manufacture their LED lights. I designed the CAD model, engineer and provide a working prototype to the team.
